Master of Exercise Physiology

The program is for students with a background in the health sciences who wish to translate their knowledge into an area that allows them to work in clinical practice. Students will develop safe and effective exercise management plans to prevent or manage chronic disease, injury and disability, including conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, arthritis, cancer and obesity. Students are trained in the assessment of physical and functional capacity, identifying risks and the design of targeted, functional and sustainable exercise programs.
