This program equips graduate-entry students with the theoretical knowledge, skills and professional attributes necessary for careers in physiotherapy. Students are prepared for ongoing professional development throughout their careers. Physiotherapists treat the reactions and responses of the body to injury, disease or abnormalities in development. They are also key health professionals in the prevention of injury.

Entry Requirements:

An approved bachelor degree (other than physiotherapy) in a field such as health, education, social, physical or biological sciences with a minimum GPA of 4.0. Entry is competitive based on GPA and varies each year; University level or equivalent courses are required in human anatomy, human physiology, psychology and statistics

Allocation of placements will be as equitable as possible and issues of hardship will be dealt with at the discretion of the Head of Department or their nominee. This program starts in summer semester and is a full two years in duration, including a second summer semester.
