Master of Business Administration - Innovation and Leadership

This program provides leaders of tomorrow with a diverse set of industry-focused knowledge and skills through the real-world application and analysis of current business theory. Course assessment will consist of group industry project deliverables and an individual portfolio demonstrating reflective academic research and analysis. Industry projects will be undertaken by student teams based on the 'recruitment' of students to projects at three distinct levels of course progression learner; developer; and leader. The individual portfolio will underpin the holistic learning outcomes of the course by facilitating an articulation of how conceptual and case learning relates to industry project activities. Industry projects to be sourced by course partner Ducere.

Entry Requirements:

A Bachelor degree in business or a related field or equivalent as approved by the University, or a Bachelor degree in any field and at least 3 years professional work experience in management. There are non-standard English language requirements for this course; an academic IELTS or equivalent of 7.0 (with no band score less than 6.0)
