This double degree is for students who would like to complement their studies of global issues with a stronger focus on the economic dimension of global change. The Bachelor of Economics facilitates students' understanding of how the economy - at the local, national and global levels - works from the perspectives of microeconomics, macroeconomics and econometrics.

Entry Requirements:

SACE with four Stage 2 subjects including at least three 20 credit Tertiary Admissions Subjects and a further 20 credit points from recognised studies (or Yr 12 equivalent); Selection via ATAR.

Structure:

Students in their first two years divide their studies equally between the two areas, satisfying the requirements for the first two years of both degrees concurrently. In the following two years, students complete the equivalent of a full year of study each for international studies and economics.
