This course develops the skills and knowledge required to become an effective member of a project team. You will learn the fundamental concepts relating to successful project management such as setting timelines and schedules, project costing, quality control and communicating with key stakeholders.

Satisfactory demonstration of reading, writing and numeracy skills by undertaking the Core Skills Profile for Adults (CSPA)
