Core: Provide first aid; Work as a guide; Lead tour groups; Prepare and present tour commentaries or activities; Coordinate and operate tours; Manage extended touring programs; Enhance customer service experiences; plus more. Elective: Address protocol requirements; Respond to a customer in crisis; Participate in environmentally sustainable work practices; Implement and monitor environmentally sustainable work practices; plus more.
