Our students rate the quality of their educational experience at QUT higher than the national average (Quality Indicators for Learning and Teaching (QILT) Student Experience Survey, 2016 and 2017).

Lay the groundwork for your entrepreneurial future at QUT. Students are empowered to realise great ideas, launch start-ups and social enterprises. QUT ranks first in Queensland and second nationally for student entrepreneurs (Startup Muster Report 2017).

In an increasingly global economy, you can be confident that your QUT qualification will be well regarded. We are ranked 20th in the world in the top universities under 50 years (Times Higher Education Young Universities Rankings 2018). We are also ranked in the top 25 for employer-student connections (QS Graduate Employability Rankings 2019) and support your career preparation with workshops, careers fairs, work experience placements, and the opportunity to be matched with a career mentor in your industry.

Our campuses are located in central Brisbane and offer outstanding facilities including the award-winning Science and Engineering Precinct at Gardens Point campus, and the recently expanded Creative Industries Precinct at Kelvin Grove campus. A new Education Precinct is due to open at Kelvin Grove in 2019.
