This program allows students to pursue specialist studies in music while exploring a range of humanities and social science disciplines in the Arts degree. Alongside vocational skills, students also develop a range of transferable skills valued by employers including the ability to critically analyse information, conduct research, communicate effectively and problem solve.

Entry Requirements:

Equivalent Australian Year 12; VCE Units 3 and 4, a study score of at least 30 in English (EAL) or 25 in any other English; selection via ATAR and audition/composition/folio submission


The Arts component comprises an arts major, an arts minor in a different area of study and 4 arts elective units. The Music component comprises a chief music study and music history major, music theory and ear training, and 5 music elective units.
