This professional course provides students with the skills and knowledge required for career paths in accounting and finance. Students undertake foundation studies in a range of business topics, then focus on two specialisations in accounting and financial related topics to develop a sound understanding of these crucial business functions.

Year 12 or equivalent qualifications; or mature age entry (STAT); or TAFE/VET qualifications; or higher education transfers; or completion of a foundation studies program


The first year includes the core topics of Accounting Principles, Quantitative Methods, Law for Business, Economics for Business, and Management. In all years students complete a double specialisation in accounting and finance, and as part of the final year, students study the capstone topic Governance, Sustainability and Ethics.
