Established in 2002, The College of Health and Fitness is a Registered Training Organisation offering courses in sport and recreation, business, and fitness. These courses are designed for individuals wanting to be gym, aerobics or aqua aerobics instructors, or personal trainers. The College also offers first aid courses. All courses commence at various times throughout the year and there is a maximum of 10 students per class.
