This training and assessment upgrade course is designed to build on your current Training and Assessment qualifications.This upgrade program will allow you to advance your qualification from the superseded Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) to the current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment upgrade (TAE40116). The program is designed to take account of your existing TAE40110 qualification and, through studying either 3 or 4 units, depending on which units you already have, you will be able to upgrade to the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification. This training and assessment upgrade course is designed to build on your current Training and Assessment qualifications. This upgrade program will allow you to advance your qualification from the TAE40110 to the TAE40116. The program is designed to take account of your existing TAE40110 qualification and, through studying either 3 or 4 units, you will be able to upgrade to the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification.

To participate in the program, you must provide a certified copy of your TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment certificate and transcripts at enrolment. PRE-TRAINING REVIEWTo assist prospective students to determine whether a course is suitable and appropriate for the individual needs, Box Hill Institute will assess all students’ language, literacy and numeracy and digital literacy by asking you to undertake a self-assessment review prior to the enrolment.A course advisor will discuss the outcomes of the review and make recommendations about whether the course is suitable for you, and identify additional support where required.
Structure
- The units listed below will be delivered as 3 days of full time study over 5 weeks. 
- The break between sessions allows for task completion and preparation/completion of assessments.
