This program is hands-on and students will develop the necessary knowledge and skills for a career in various science specialisations (depending on major) and/or secondary teaching. The BSc/BTch is highly practical, with experiential learning and excursions making up a large portion of studies. Many skills are taught that are transferable across both areas such as effective communication methods, laboratory technique, project management and health and safety.
